Within our half-board offer we take you on a journey across the endless diversity of all kinds of vegetables, mushrooms, cereals, legumes, nuts and seeds and compose from them a menu, which shows what is possible in a vegetarian and vegan kitchen.

As part of our half board, we take you on a journey through the endless variety of all kinds of vegetables, grains, pulses and seeds and compose a menu sequence that shows what is possible in vegan cuisine.

To get you in the mood, we serve you a small greeting from the kitchen. This is followed by a starter, crispy salads and vegetable variations and your favourite dish for the main course, before we round off the evening with a delicious dessert. For the main course, you can choose between two different vegan dishes - always according to the motto ‘Gifts from the earth’ or ‘Back to the roots’. We also always look out for gluten-free alternatives. Our staff are happy to provide information about ingredients and possible allergens.

For guests in our flats, the evening menu can be booked at the following prices:
4-course gourmet menu: € 54 per person

For external guests we offer - depending on availability - our evening menu at the following prices:
4-course gourmet menu: € 74 per person
