We are aware that dairy products require very special attention. Animal welfare is a major concern for us when selecting products and suppliers. Therefore, organic is a matter of course for us. We have hand-picked every single one of our suppliers. And personally convinced ourselves that our partner farms are really serious about animal welfare. We work with a handful of Carinthian farmers who not only work according to minimum organic criteria, but also have an honest human-animal relationship.

At our bar in the living room, we serve coffee specialities made from Brigantes coffee beans, which are brought to northern Italy by sailing ship, where they are gently roasted and given their incomparable aroma. We are simply thrilled about Brigantes and how they want to transform the international coffee trade and improve its ecological footprint! You can also take the coffee beans home with you and feel a piece of beach hotel with them - just ask at our hotel reception.
