Our abundant breakfast buffet, which we love to prepare for you every morning in our hotel restaurant, leaves nothing to be desired. Feel free to help yourself at our breakfast buffet accompanied by an à la carte offering with diverse egg dishes - or course from organic produce, pancakes and porridge.
We cut your fruit salad personally every morning and prepare it exclusively from seasonal and regional fruit. Our earth has so much to give, we see no need to have fruit flown in from overseas.
At our muesli station you find our homemade bircher muesli - or please help yourself to flatten your own favourite flakes from our cereal choice and add your preferred mixture of our offering of seeds, nuts and dried fruits - together with the milk of your choice - be it an organic cow-milk or plantbased alternatives like soy milk, oat milk, almond milk or rice milk. We also offer joghurt made from coconut.

The coffee beans for our organic coffee are sailed by Brigantes with their own sailing boat to our roaster in Northern Italy. Here the organically grown beans are roasted to develop the unique flavour. We are so excited about Brigantes' story - what about you? You can take a package of our delicious Brigantes coffee beans home - it's waiting for you in our hotel shop!
We offer an ample assortment of organic teas from Sonnentor and Ronnefeldt at our tea bar. Our barista will be happy to prepare coffee specialities like cappuccine and lattes - also with your favourite plantbased milk alternative.
And if you just want to enjoy the excellent Austrian water quality - please do so - enhanced by Grander energy and available for you at no cost at any time at our buffet.
We are fully aware that milk products require a special attention and mindfulness in sourcing. This is why we have personally selected each individual supplier of cheese, yoghurt and milk - because we want animals to have a good life, especially when we ask for their milk. It goes without saying that all milk products are organic and regionally sourced from small Carinthian family farmers.
For vegans and guests who avoid lactose or anybody who simply prefers the plantbased taste, we are very happy to offer you a wide variety of alternative "cheese" and "milk" products based on oat, rice, nuts, coconut or soy.
