Why are we a vegan-vegetarian hotel?

 

As the first purely vegetarian gourmet hotel, we - following the inspiration and vision of our founder and owner Christian Halper - are laying the foundations for a completely new culinary holiday experience in Austria. We combine the best of the region with sophistication and conjure up unique vegetarian and vegan dishes that will also appeal to meat lovers.

Whether at our lavish breakfast buffet, at lunch or our multi-course evening menu - we will show you how varied and exciting a plant-based, climate-friendly menu can be, which is good for your body, mind and soul all round!

It is important to us to cook with seasonal and regional ingredients, with as wide a variety of foods as possible - to fully savour what nature offers us as its guests.
